Apart from handling labor law matters in connection with corporate/M&A transactions, our firm focuses on the negotiation of works agreements and social plans as well as the provision of advice on reorganisation and rationalisation strategies and the implementation thereof.
With respect to individual labor law, we advise on the structure of employment contracts, termination proceedings and termination contracts. We develop early retirement schemes for the termination of employment relationships in consideration of the economic requirements and social security regulations.
