Antitrust
We represent clients in all areas of European and German antitrust law. We provide merger control law advice with regard to a variety of concentrations and have a broad experience in the analysis, preparation and coordination of international merger filings, including notifications to the German Federal Cartel Office, to the European Commission and to antitrust authorities in other jurisdictions.
Furthermore, our antitrust practice also includes the structuring of joint ventures, strategic alliances and co-operation agreements in light of antitrust law constraints in various jurisdictions and advising on the creation of distribution and licensing concepts and their implementation into national, European and global sales and marketing systems.
Moreover, we advise and represent our clients with respect to the civil and regulatory consequences of prohibited behavior, such as obstructions, discriminations or abuses (of dominant positions) and in cartel cases before the European Commission and national antitrust authorities. Naturally, this also includes the drafting and conducting of antitrust compliance programs.
