All partners of the firm have practiced in various leading international law firms.
The partners' and the associates' primary focus is to provide the most appropriate solutions to their clients' business problems while remaining focused on the quality of their legal services. We meet these expectations in committing ourselves to the highest possible degree of engagement, creativity and determination. A thorough understanding of our clients' objectives, their business models and their specific legal situations enables us to shape appropriate legal solutions and to successfully implement strategic legal concepts. We therefore attach great value to personalised, one-on-one client services as well as to the continuity of the client-lawyer relationship. Therefore we establish for each project a tailor-made team adapted in accordance with our clients' requirements.
We maintain close ties to law firms and tax consultants throughout Europe and overseas, especially the United States, Great Britain, and France, which enable us to execute cross border matters at any time and to include their specific local expertise and contacts in all aspects of business transactions where we are prohibited to advise. These long-standing relationships have proven to work smoothly to the client's benefit, but are by no means exclusive. We therefore remain open to compose international teams in accordance with the requirements of the individual transactions and clients' requests.
Our clients include listed German and international large corporations and midsize companies active in a large variety of industries such as aeronautics, automotive supply, cosmetics, mining, project construction and operation, telecommunications, textile, trading (e.g., automobiles, packaging materials).
An additional key sector of our firm relates to the financial industry. In this sector we advise banks, financial services companies (e.g., leasing companies and asset managers), private equity, venture capital and closed funds.
Furthermore, we advise a wide range of established businesses in the areas of hard- and software, information technologies, new media, biotechnology and life science.
